Great BBQ! Props to the pit-master and to all the friendly people working there. Friday, we had the brisket, pulled pork, smoked pulled chicken, green beans w/red potatoes, coleslaw, baked beans, Mac and cheese. We came for lunch and immediately or... dered more for dinner! Their meats are high quality, great smoke ring on the brisket, pulled pork and chicken is the most moist I've ever had! We've had a lot of BBQ! Most bbq joints are good with bbq but don't do a lot with their sides. LS really puts a lot of thought into their sides and every one is tasty! I would rank the sides in this order: Mac and cheese, baked beans, green beans, coleslaw. Mac and cheese and baked beans are off the hook. Looking forward to checking out the ribs and other sides. Oh by the way, I've eaten bbq 3 meals in a row….i usually only can handle bbq once a week. Keep up the good work, it's obvious you all work very hard and like what you are doing! Read more
